We will do our very best to make sure that you and your pet are happy with the quality and care here at Mountain View Pet Retreat.

Fees & Charges: The Owner agrees to pay all costs and charges incurred during and relating to the Pet’s stay at Mountain View Pet Retreat including boarding fees, veterinary expenses, special services requested, and any other charges incurred.

Payment: If your booking is during a Peak Season, such as Christmas, Easter or a School Holiday, you must pay 50% of the total booking fee before your booking is secured. If payment is not made within 10 business days, you booking may be cancelled. Any off-peak bookings must be paid in full on Admission. 

Cancellations: 50% of booking fee, minus a $50 account fee, will be refunded on a minimum of 30 day’s notice of cancellation. No refund will be given on less than 30 day’s notice of cancellation.

Early Return: No refunds or credits of the booking fee apply for early returns.

Fee changes: All fees are subject to change without notice.

PEAK PERIODS: Please take note of the peak periods, school holidays, public holidays and Christmas time as these book up very quickly.
